小説家・岬兄悟の原作と漫画家とり・みきのキャラクターによる早川書房のコメディSF小説 『魔女でもステディ』をOVA化。原作小説が刊行された1985年の翌年に本作は発売されている。 22歳の熱血青年・関ひさしは、変態上司の杉山良太郎につきまとわれるロクでもない会社務めのサラリーマン。だがそんなしがない彼のもとに突如として美女が出現。ひさしのベッドに現れた美女＝麻美は彼が理想とする100点満点のスタイルだった。予想を超える珍事に胸躍らせるひさしだが、これを機に彼の生活環境は一変。はたして麻美の正体は……？ 本作の制作は亜細亜堂が手がけ、同社の小林治が監督を担当。キャラクターデザインも原作小説と同じとり・みきが務めている。

Alex and his girlfriend Anna have a problem: Anna couldn't be more pregnant, and neither can find an affordable flat. The only one who can help is Anna's father, Commander Reiker, a sweet but screwy military man who owns an empty house.
